The hotel is near the town center. A bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the hotel. My room had a desk and a chair. I found tea-making facilities and a sink. Breakfast offered tea, toast, and fruit.
My room had electric plugs that did not work. Only the one connected to the television was functional. The bathroom shower worked, but the shower head had blocked holes.

The hotel is close to Erdington town centre. A bus stop is right outside. This makes traveling around very easy. The area around the hotel is accessible.

the receptionist, pavo, offered WARM greetings upon arrival. Pavo addressed EVERY concern immediately. I found the little coffee and tea section very good. the staff consistently checked in, ensuring i had everything needed.
the stairs felt a bit steep, and i wished for a handrail for extra security.

the staff were very friendly. there was parking available in front. i also found Rookery Park a short walk away.
the smell in the corridors wasnt nice. there were small steps to the first floor i think were dangerous. i did not have hot water in any of the showers.

the shower had mold. the drain in the shower was badly clogged. the sheets on the bed weren't clean. breakfast was minimal.
